Nick is our business director. He set up Reading Business Centre with his business partner Alex Hickman in July 2013. Nick previously worked in the City with James Capel and HSBC. Nick is very approachable and enjoys being on site to meet all customers’ needs day and night! Nick plays a mean game of chess and if there was an England table football team, Nick would be on it!

Alex is our business director. He set up Reading Business Centre with his business partner Nick Lambourne in July 2013. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1997 and worked in private practice in London until 2009. He enjoys going on long walks, coaching rugby and attempting the cello in the symphony orchestra.

Gemma is our business centre manager, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centre. She is a natural ‘people person’ and continuously works to strengthen and build the centre by delivering exceptional service to clients and agents alike. Gemma has worked for Barclays Bank and managed various charity shops.

Front Desk Assistant

Bella is our front desk assistant, responsible for supporting Gemma in the day-to-day operations of the centre. She is outgoing, friendly, and proactive. Bella enjoys meeting new people and relishes a challenge. In her free time, she loves listening to music. Bella is a keen musician and performer and is a member of her local choir. She will be continuing her academic journey in September, studying English and History at a Russell Group University.
